新疆和静县焉耆马肠道线虫感染情况调查分析

摘　　要：本试验采用粪便漂浮技术,对新疆和静县焉耆马肠道寄生虫进行了初步调查。经粪便检查,发现马体内存在马圆线虫卵(85.71%),毛细线虫卵(82.56%),细颈三齿线虫卵(42.86%),马副蛔虫卵(2.86%),且多为混合感染。EPG调查结果显示,每克马粪便平均感染317个虫卵。本次调查数据可为当地焉耆马寄生虫防控提供数据支持。Excrement floating technology and EPG test were used for preliminary investigation of intestinal nematodes of yanqi horses in Hejing, Xinjiang. Excrement tests showed that the infected intestinal nematodes were stronglus equinus, capillaria, mematodirus, spppequorum with infection rates 85.71%, 82.56%, 42.86%,2.86%, respectively. In addition, mixed infections were observed. EPG test showed that every gram of feces were infected by 317 eggs of intestinal nematodes. Together, these results provided references for preventing parasitic diseases of Yanqi horses.
