摘  要:目的基于f MRI脑功能成像技术,观察针刺小脑萎缩症患者"脑三针"穴对小脑功能区激活的作用。方法 12例小脑萎缩症患者,接受"脑三针"穴针刺,针刺过程中接受f MRI扫描,所得数据采用SPM2软件包进行处理、分析和比较。结果与留针状态比较,针刺小脑萎缩症患者"脑三针"穴捻针时,能显著激活小脑的小脑蚓部、绒球小结叶、前叶、后叶、齿状核及顶核。结论针刺小脑萎缩症患者"脑三针"穴能特异性地激活小脑功能区,为其疗效特异性的中枢机制之一。Objective fMRI cerebral functional imaging technology based on observed role of acupuncture cerebellum atrophy in patients with brain three needle "point of cerebellar functional area activation.Methods 12 cases of patients with spinocerebellar ataxia, to accept the“brain three needle”acupuncture, acupuncture accept fMRI scanning, the data obtained using the SPM2 software package to process, analyze and compare.Results With needle, acupuncture cerebellum atrophy in patients with brain three -needle acupoint acupuncture, significant activation in cerebellar vermis, flocculonodular lobe, frontal lobe, leaves, dentate nucleus and fastigial nucleus.Conclusion Acupuncture patients with spinocerebellar ataxia“brain three needle” point to specific activation of cerebellar function district, as the central mechanism of the effect of specific.
