胸腔镜辅助下微创Nuss手术矫治漏斗胸的临床观察

摘　　要：目的总结分析胸腔镜辅助下微创Nuss手术在矫治漏斗胸治疗中的应用价值。方法选择2010年6月-2011年11月期间广东省江门市中心医院收治的30例漏斗胸患者为研究对象，均给予胸腔镜辅助下微创Nuss手术治疗，观察手术情况、手术疗效以及术后并发症等情况。结果30例患者均顺利完成矫治手术治疗，手术时间（32．5±5．6）min；术中出血量（52．5±6．7）mL；术后2～4周均恢复正常生活和工作，运动量逐渐增加，且症状得到缓解。术后胸廓外观平坦且对称，x线胸片明显改善。Nuss疗效优良率86．67％，并发症发生率为6．67％，复发率为3．33％。结论在漏斗胸矫治中胸腔镜辅助下微创Nuss手术安全可靠，对患者创伤小，术后恢复快，值得推广使用。Objective To summarize clinical efficacy of Nuss procedure by thoracoscopy for correction of pectus excavatum.Methods 30 patients with pectus excavatum in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2011 were selected as the study and treated by Nuss procedure by thoracoscopy.The surgery, surgical curative effect and postoperative complications, etc were analyzed.Results 30 patients were successfully completed correction procedure, with operation time ( 32.5 ±5.6 ) min, intraoperative blood loss ( 52.5 ±6.7 ) mL; In 2 ~4 weeks after operation, all return to normal life and work, exercise increases gradually, and ease symptoms.Postoperative thoracic appearance flat and symmetry, X-ray chest radiograph obviously improved.Nuss curative effect was 86.67%, the incidence of complications was 6.67%, the recurrence rate was 3.33%.Conclusion Nuss procedure by thoracoscopy for correction of pectus excavatum is safe and reliable, small trauma and the patients with postoperative recovery fast.
