摘　　要：通过对国家环境保护法律法规及技术政策的分析,将露天煤矿油库作为露天煤矿建设项目环境风险评价重点环境风险评价单元。收集多方材料和实际案例后,进一步探讨露天煤矿的环境风险评价内容,提出有针对性的环境风险防范措施和应急预案。Through analyzing national environmental protection laws and regulations and technical policies, the author considers the oil depot as the key unit of construction project environmental risk assessment. After collecting many materials and practical cases, the author discusses on the content of environmental risk assessment, and presents the targeted prevention measures and emergency plans of environmental risk.
