摘  要:目的:研究面部脂肪移植以达到面部年轻化的高效手术方法。方法:32~62岁面部老化女性患者80例。采用低损伤自体脂肪移植方法,包括:“无血”肿胀麻醉术、直入式多孔吸脂管吸脂术、混合性脂肪降温保存、脂肪自然沉淀纯化、18G注射针低阻力注射法和精细脂肪填充法。进行面部凹陷自体脂肪填充治疗1~3次,间隔3~6个月。观察新方法的脂肪损伤情况及手术完成后6个月的疗效。结果:用新技术采集脂肪出血少、脂肪破坏少。自然沉淀纯化法不破坏脂肪细胞。用16G和18G针头可以进行低阻力精细脂肪移植。80例患者均完成自体脂肪注射填充治疗,远期效果优良。结论:新技术能减少脂肪细胞的损伤,是一种安全高效脂肪移植方法。Objective: To investigate a more efficient method of fat transplantation for facial rejuvenation. Methods: Eighty women aged from 32 to 62 years old with aging facial feature received low-damage autologous fat transplantation, including bloodless tumescent anesthesia, tip-hole tube liposuction, ice-cooling of sucked fat, low resistance fat injection with 16G and 18G needle, and precise fat filling method. Each patient received autologous fat filling treatment 1-3 times with the interval of 3-6 months. The damage to transplanted fat and clinical cosmetic effects were assessed 6 months later. Results: New technology for collecting fat showed advantages of less damage to fat tissue and less bleeding. Natural sedimentation purification method did not damage fat cells. The low-resistance fine fat transplantations were carried out with 16G and 18G needles. All the patients received autologous fat injections successfully with good long-term effects. Conclusions: The new technique can reduce the damage to fat tissue, and it is a safe and effective fat transplantation method.
