颊部美学分区及其在精细化自体脂肪移植中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨颊部美学分区及其在精细化自体脂肪移植中的作用。方法：根据颊部的解剖与美学特点，将其分为6个美学亚单位。2013年3月-2015年3月，对87例求美者按照美学分区进行术前评估，利用脂肪移植助推器实施自体脂肪移植，观察术后效果。结果：52例注射1次，35例注射2次，2次注射者多为年龄偏大、形体消瘦或脂肪吸收较多者。术后随访1个月～2年，无一例出现感染、硬结、血管栓塞等并发症。求美者均达到年轻化效果，自觉满意。结论：颊部美学分区对实现精细化自体脂肪移植，达到年轻化效果具有良好的作用。Objective： To study the role of aesthetic regional division of cheek in meticulous transplantation of autologous fat. Methods： Cheek was divided into six sub-units according to its anatomic and aesthetic characteristics. From March 2013 to March 2015, 87 patients were evaluated on the basis of above aesthetic demartation before operation, and then they received autologous fat transplantation to the cheek with the aid of an instrument for fat injection. The result was scrutinized. Results： Fifty-two patients received fat transplantation once, and 35 patients twice. Most of the patients who received fat transplantation twice were older, thinner, or excessive fat was absorbed. All patients were followed up from 1 month to 2 years post-operation. Infection, scleroma, or vascular embolism was not seen. All patients were satisfied with a youthful effect and satisfactory with the results. Conclusions： The aesthetic division of regions of cheek might be helpful to achieve a juvenescence effect with meticulous autologous fat transplantation.
