自体脂肪移植修饰或再造ogee曲线改善体表外形的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：通过ogee曲线的变化观察自体脂肪移植改善体表外形的效果。方法：23例整形者中4例行双侧面颊部不对称矫正，6例苹果肌填充，5例小乳症隆乳，8例颏部填充。抽取腹部或大腿部脂肪，清洗、静置、纯化后于受区进行多隧道、多层次注射。每例脂肪移植1～3次，间隔3～6个月。通过比较术前、术后ogee曲线改变程度和皮肤质地变化等评价治疗效果。结果：随访3～24个月，13例患者进行1次脂肪移植，6例患者进行了2次，4例患者进行了3次。23例患者注射部位ogee曲线均有不同程度改善或重建，局部凹陷得到矫正，填充部位相应弧度加大饱满。结论：通过自体脂肪移植，可改善或重塑ogee曲线，改善面部或身体局部体型。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of autologous fat transplantation in improving the surface appearance by using ogee curve. Method： Twenty- three patients with poor ogee curve because of congenital or acquired reasons were selected. There were 4 cases of correction of bilateral facial asymmetry, 6 cases of apple muscle augmentation, 5 cases of breast augmentation and 8 cases of filling for genioplasty. Fat granules from abdomen and thigh were harvested by way of suction with a fat syringe. After cleaning and purification, the fat granules were injected through multiple-tunnels in multilayers with a liposuction needle into the region that needed to be filled. Each patient received fat grafting for 1-3 times with an interval of 3-6 months. The effect was evaluated by observing changes in ogee curve as depicted in preoperative and postoperative photographs. Changes in skin texture and patient＇s self -perception were also observed. Results： All the patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months and no significant postoperative complications were observed. Thirteen patients received fat transplantation for 1 time, 6 cases for 2 times, and 4 cases for 3 times, respectively. The ogee curves in 23 cases were improved or reconstructed in different degrees, showing that local depressions were corrected, and curves of the filled region were plumped. Conclusions： Autologous fat transplantation could improve or remodel the ogee curve, and it significantly improve the facial or body feature.
