摘  要:贵州某磷矿由硅钙质型胶磷矿(a层矿)和钙镁质型胶磷矿(b层矿)组成,本研究针对a层矿和b层矿的特点,进行了a层矿、b层矿、a层和b层矿配矿的选矿试验研究。结果表明,a层矿、b层矿、a层和b层混合矿的脱镁抑制剂最佳用量均为2000g/t,脱镁捕收剂AB最佳用量分别为300、700、500g/t,脱硅捕收剂混合胺最佳用量分别为700、500、700g/t,b层矿、a层和b层混合矿的精矿指标可达到磷精矿标准,而a层精矿指标未达到标准,表明将a层矿和b层矿混合使用可有效利用a层矿。混合矿中当a∶b≤1时,所得精矿中MgO质量分数小于1.50%,SiO2质量分数小于13%,达到了磷精矿标准,为了最大限度利用a层矿,可将a和b以1∶1的比例进行配矿,所得精矿P2O5品位为32.59%,回收率为83.56%,MgO质量分数为1.02%,SiO2质量分数为10.56%。Beneficiation tests were conducted on a proportioned siliceous and calcareous collophanite (Bed a)and calcareous, magnesian collophanite (bed b)in Guizhou based on its characteristics. The results show that the best dosage of magnesium removing depressor for the ores in Bed a and Bed b and the mixed ore is 2000 g/t and the best dosage of magnesium removing collector AB is 300,700 and 500 g/t respectively. The best dosage of mixed amine as silica removing collector is 700, 500 and 700 g/t respectively. The mixed concentrate from the ores in Bed b and Bed a and b can reach the standard for phosphate concentrate, while the concentrate from Bed a fails to be up to the standard, which indicates that the mixture of ores in Bed a and Bed b can efficiently utilize the ore in Bed a. When a : b in the mixed ore≤1, MgO content in the concentrate produced is less than 1.50% and SiO2 content less than 13% , which are up to the standard for phosphate concentrate. The ores can he prepared in a proportion of 1 : 1 so as to make maximal use of the ore in Beda. The produced concentrate is 32. 59% in P2O5 with the recovery being 83.56%, MgO content 1.02% and SiO2 content 10.56%.
