摘  要:通过对含空孔爆破作用机理的分析以及对爆破中空孔作用的研究,从理论上得出了空孔的应力集中效应。利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对含有空孔装药结构的岩石爆破过程进行了数值模拟,模拟结果显示在空孔与炮孔之间产生较大的拉应力区,连线方向上的应力值明显增大,岩体中的裂隙在拉应力的作用下产生和发展,岩体沿炮孔径向破裂,岩石大块率明显降低。本文提出的数值模拟方法可以为工程实践提供有效的设计参考。rom the study of the mechanism of cut Masting with empty hole and the function of the empty hole, it is concluded theoretically that the empty hole has stress concentration effects. The finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate two kinds of charge structures in rock blasting. Through the numerical calculation, there is a large tensile stress zone between the empty hole and blast holes, the stress value of empty hole and the connection between the blast holes increases significantly, crack is generated and developed under the tensile stress, and the rock mass are ruptured along the radial direction, the boulder yield is reduced obviously. The numerical simulation method , which is put forward in this paper, can provide the effective design reference for engineering practice.
