OPAC系统用户搜索行为日志分析——以武汉大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：本文对武汉大学图书馆OPAC系统为期18天的搜索日志数据进行分析,以期揭示其用户搜索行为。研究采用Jansen提出的包含数据采集、处理和分析三阶段的分析框架,其中分析阶段又包含关键词、查询式和搜索会话三个层次。研究结果发现,用户输入的查询式都很短,接近2.9。高频查询词主要集中在数学、经济学、管理学、社会学等领域。搜索会话的平均持续时间是10分钟。搜索会话长度中文和非中文存在较大差异。With the purpose of revealing users＇ searching behavior in Wuhan University Library＇s OPAC system,we ob- tained and analyzed a 18-day log file from the server. Our analysis adopted Jansen＇s search log analysis framework that com- prises three stages, data collection, processing, and analysis. The analysis stage further divided into three levels which are term, query, and session. The results showed that users＇ queries are short, with an average length close to 2.9. High-fre- quency queries mainly belonged to mathematics, economics, management and sociology. Session duration is t0 minutes on average. In terms of session length, there is a large difference between Chinese and non-Chinese sessions.
