摘　　要：为调查寒冷地区高校既有教学建筑节能改造的潜力以及室内热环境实际情况,(以长安大学明远C座为例)通过实地测试和问卷调查等方式找到既有建筑实际存在的建筑耗能的问题,为后期建筑节能模拟和节能改造方案的提出提供实际数据支持。In order to gain information of the potential for energy-saving improvement and real situation of indoor thermal environment of existing university teaching buildings in cold areas （ taking the block C teaching building in Chang-an University as an example）, we combined filed test with questionnaire and found the real energy-consuming problems in existing teaching buildings. This paper thus provides data information for later plans which are designed to simulate and improve energy-saving reconstruction.
