“艾宾浩斯”遗忘曲线在老年糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨＂艾宾浩斯＂遗忘曲线在老年糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用。方法：选择2013年1-12月在本院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者274例,并随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,试验组使用＂艾宾浩斯＂遗忘曲线法。比较两组患者的遵医行为、目标控制满意调查及健康教育质量满意度。结果：试验组患者的遵医行为、满意控制目标调查及健康教育质量满意度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：＂艾宾浩斯＂遗忘曲线在老年糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用,可提高老年糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的掌握率,提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To discussed the clinical effect based on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve for health education on patients with diabetes. Methods：The 274 cases had been diagnosed as diabetic patients from January to December 2013 were divided into experimental groupand control groupatrandom. The con-trol group was treated with clinical routine treatment and health education,the observation group adopted Ebbinghaus forgetting curve to design program of health education for patients. Compared two groups of compliance, target control and health education satisfaction. Results：The compliance,target control and health education satisfaction of experimental group were all higher than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Ebbinghaus forgetting curve which is applied to the health education of elderly patients with diabetes can take obvious effect and control blood sugar better. It can also improve the quality of life of patients with diabetes.
