快速康复外科理念在医院船围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨符合医院船医疗服务特点的快速康复护理模式。方法:回顾性分析"和谐使命-2013"任务中运用快速康复理念开展的围手术期护理流程和内容。结果:从围手术期患者在入院后、手术前、手术期、手术后、出院时5方面总结出快速康复护理的要点。结论:医院船开展医疗服务时,对围手术期患者开展护理工作应当遵循快速康复外科理念,应将入院心理护理及健康教育,术前禁食、禁饮及肠道准备,术中保持体温及限制补液,术后早期活动及早期进食等内容作为医院船开展医疗服务时的快速康复护理模式。Objective：To explore the characteristics of hospital ship medical services in the fast-track nursing model. Methods：A retrospective analysis of the perioperative nursing process and content of the ＂Harmonious Mission-2013＂ task using the concept of rapid rehabilitation to carry out the operation. Results：These key points of rapid rehabilitation nursing were summarized from five aspects：the perioperative patients during after admission,before surgery, after surgery period,surgery and hospital discharge. Conclusion：When the hospital ship to carry out medical services,the perioperative patient care should follow to carry out fast-track surgery philosophy,should pre-hospital care and mental health education,preoperative fasting,forbidden to drink and bowel preparation,surgery to maintain body temperature and fluid restriction early postoperative eating and other activities and early rehabilitation nursing pattern Quick carry out medical service as a hospital ship.
