骨科术前备物架的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨骨科术前备物架的应用效果。方法：选择2013年2月-2014年2月骨科患者200例为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组,以术前备物使用备物架为试验组,术前备物不使用备物架为对照组。结果：试验组送手术时间明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）;试验组术前物品准备完善率、医师对护士送手术工作满意率均较对照组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对患者术前准备使用术前备物架进行备物能缩短护士送手术时间,明显提高术前物品准备完善率、医师对送手术工作满意率,因此它能提高患者手术的及时性,为患者提供更优质的护理,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To examine the effect of shelf in the preparation of orthopedic surgeries. Methods：200 cases with surgery from Feb. 2013-Feb. 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group with normal process,while the experimental group with shelf for prepara-tion. Results：The preparation time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The rate of perfection of preparation and the rate of satisfaction from doctors were both significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Using the shelf for the preparation of orthopedic surgeries can reduce the preparation time,and increase the rate of perfection of preparation and the rate of satisfaction from doc-tors. Therefore,it ensures patients＇surgeries can be performed in time and better medical services can be provided to patients. The shelf should be introduced for the preparation of orthopedic surgeries.
