摘　　要：应用有限元方法,以水为淬火介质,以27Si Mn钢管为对象,对底喷式淬火时淬火槽内水流速度分布、对流换热系数以及钢管冷却速度等进行研究。结果表明:距管壁10 mm处的轴向流速呈现单调增大趋势。对流换热系数在淬火开始后迅速达到峰值,几乎没有经历蒸气膜阶段而直接进入沸腾冷却阶段,因而冷却能力很强,钢管温度降至600℃后,换热系数基本维持不变。钢管壁芯部的温度在整个淬火过程中冷却最慢且温度变化平缓,而钢管表面温度的变化过程可以分成温度速降区、台阶状温度过渡区和稳定冷却区三个阶段。钢管内、外壁冷却速度基本相同。A 27 Si Mn steel tube quenched by water with BSQ has been simulated with finite element method.The flow rate distribution,convective heat transfer coefficient（ CHTC）,and the cooling rate of steel tube are investigated. The results show that the flow rate at the distance of 10 mm from the pipe wall is monotonically increased,and that CHTC pikes rapidly after quenching starting,implying that it is almost directly into a boiling cooling stage,and has no vapor stage. Thusly,it has strong cooling capacity. When the temperature of a steel tube drops below 600 ℃,CHTC will almost keep a constant. The temperature of a core area of tube wall decreases slowly and smoothly. The temperature variation process of surfaces of tube wall can be divided into three phases,a quick drop phase,a step-shaped transition phase,and a stable cooling phase. The cooling rates of the inner and outer walls are almost the same.
