摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产术后腹部切口感染的原因，实施最佳防治措施。方法回顾性分析34例剖宫产腹部切口感染病例的资料。结果切口感染与妊娠合并症、破膜时间长、产程延长、手术时间过长及肥胖等因素相关。结论剖宫产切口感染与产妇自身的因素及医院感染防控相关，应制定有效地防治措施，以减少术后腹部切口感染的发生。Objective To study the reason of abdominal incision infection after cesarean section, the best preventing and controlling measures of implementation. Methods Aretrospective analysis of 34 cases of cesarean section of abdominal incision infection. Results Incision infection and pregnancy complications, break time of membrane, lasting, operation time is too long and obesity and other related factors. Conclusion The cesarean section incision infection and maternal factors and relevant prevention and control of hospital infection, should formulate effective prevention and control measures, in order to reduce the occurrence of postoperative abdominal incision infecticm
