89例高尿砷病例临床诊疗分析

摘　　要：目的：了解高尿砷病例主要临床症状及治疗前后的尿砷变化并评价治疗效果。方法收集89例高尿砷病例的临床病例资料，采用SPSS17．0软件进行统计分析。结果男性34例，女性55例，平均年龄49．81＋1．79岁；潜伏期为13．19＋6．37天。平均住院时间为1360＋038天：入院前平均尿砷浓度3．50＋1．79mg／L；出院时平均尿砷浓度O128＋0．018mg／L，X2=-8．193，P=0．000；驱砷治疗者占93.3％（83／89），未驱砷治疗者占6．7％（6／89），8例有驱砷反应；8例确诊为亚急性砷中毒。高尿砷中未诊断为亚急性砷中毒的病例和亚急性砷中毒患者在潜伏期和住院时间上无显著性差异，P均〉0.05；但入院前尿砷差异具有显著性，P〈0.05。结论高尿砷对机体健康影响很大，女性比男性对砷的影响更敏感，驱砷治疗意义重大，本次调查中驱砷病例治疗效果好，不良反应较少，但用尿砷结果评价病情水平仍需谨慎．Objective To learn the main clinical symptom of high urines arsenics ,Urine arsenic change before and after treatment and evaluate the effect of the treatment methods ：to collect clinical data of 89 cases high urinary arsenici,data were analysizd using the spss17.0 ？ statistical？ software .Result The total of 89 subjects,of which 34were male gender ,females were 55 o The average age was 49.81＋1.79years ;the incubation was 13.19＋6.37dayso The average hospitalization time was 13.60＋0.38days;Average urinary arsenic concentration prior to admission was 3.50＋1.79mg/L;Average urinary arsenic concentration before discharge was 0.128＋0.018mg/L , X2 = -8.193,P =0.000; 83 cases were given excretion of arsenic treatment , 6 cases were given regular therapy , 8 cases were diagnosed ？subacute arsenic poisoning∽ Between high urinary arsenic patients not diagnosed as subacute arsenic poisoning patients and subacute arsenic poisoning patients on the incubation and hospital stays there were no significant difference, P 〉 0.05）;but had significant difference of urine arsenic prior to admission, P 〈 0.05）o Conclusion High urinary arsenic had a great influence on the body health, women were affected more than men. Excretion of arsenic treatment was of great significance, this group of patients with excretion arsenic treatment had better effects, with less adverse reaction, but evaluation condition with urinary arsenic results needed to be careful.
