摘 要:以实际使用中出现严重制动噪声的某前盘式制动器为研究对象,利用有限元方法预测制动噪声发生的频率,应用耦合模型来分析子结构模态与耦合系统不稳定模态的关系,从而得出引起制动噪声的主要原因为摩擦片与制动盘的模态耦合和制动盘的面内-面外模态耦合。提出一种修改摩擦片和散热筋结构形式的方法来改善制动噪声,并通过J2521台架试验验证了该方法的可行性。In this paper, a front disc brake with serious brake squeal is taken as research object, finite element method is applied to predict the frequency of brake squeal, and then coupling model is applied to analyze the relationship between substructure modal and coupling system unstable modal, and then conclude that the brake'squeal is 'mainly caused by the modal coupling of brake disc and friction plate as well as the interior lining- exterior lining modal coupling of brake disc. Finally an architecture with friction plate and cooling fin is proposed to reduce the brake squeal, the feasibility of this approach has been verified though J2521 based on the bench test.
