摘 要:某项目初始状态下的汽车座椅鞭打仿真结果与试验结果相比存在较大误差,主要体现在NIC(颈部伤害指数)和上颈部扭矩这2项指标上。通过对假人颈部伤害机理和鞭打试验数据的分析,发现假人的坐姿、座椅的试验状态(座垫高度调节装置)和座椅发泡蒙皮的光滑程度对鞭打仿真试验结果影响较大。针对上述因素对座椅鞭打仿真模型进行了调整,模型调整后的仿真计算结果与试验结果一致性较好。There is considerable difference between the. initial status of seat whiplash simulation result and the test result, which mainly focus on two index: NIC (Neck Injury Criterion) and upper neck torque. It is be found by analysis on the dummy neck injury mechanism and whiplash test data that the sitting posture of dummy, the test status of seat (seat cushion height adjusting device) and the smooth degree of seat upholstery have great influence on whiplash simulation result. The whiplash simulation model is adjusted according to the above factors, and the simulation results of the adjusted model agree well with test results.
