摘　　要：高速铁路线的开通以及快运网络的形成方便了旅客的长途出行,但目前旅客在高速铁路和城市地铁间换乘时,会由于换乘不便增加出行时间,降低旅客的总体满意度。通过调研,从高速铁路车站选址、不同交通系统间换乘设计、安检与购票等方面分析了旅客当前出行换乘的条件及其存在的问题,提出了统一规划与管理、实现联程售票、建立联检通道、明晰导引标识等建议与措施。In this paper, through investigations, we analyzed the current conditions and existing problems of the passenger transference from aspects of high-speed railway station selection, transference design of different traffic systems, security and tickets pu＇rchases. Then we proposed suggestions such as unified planning and management, connection tickets purchase, construction of joint inspection routes and es- tablishment of clear guiding markings.
