摘　　要：分析了我国资源型城市产业发展存在的问题,提出了以集群式供应链的产业集聚组织形式来重新划分资源型城市的产业结构布局,并从产业集聚化、时间竞争性、供应链网络化、技术创新性等方面论证了基于集群式供应链的空港物流园区是促进资源城市产业转型升级的重要举措。In this paper, we analyzeA the existing problems in the industry development of resource-based cities, proposed that we should re- draw their industrial structure layout based on the industrial agglomeration organization form of the cluster supply chain. Then we demonstrated the airport logistics park of the cluster supply chain was the one of the best ways in promoting the industry transformation and upgrading from perspec- tives of industry cluster, time competitiveness, supply chain network and technology innovation etc.
