摘　　要：分析了南通物流业发展现状,运用SWOT分析了南通物流业发展的优势与劣势,以及上海自贸区建设带来的机遇与挑战,提出了南通物流业发展的对策建议。In this paper, we analyzed the development status of the logistics industry in Nantong, elaborated its advantages and disadvan- tages, discussed the opportunities and challenges brought by the FTZ in Shanghai and proposed corresponding countermeasures to promote the logistics development in Nantong.
