摘　　要：以跨境电子商务海外仓模式下的库存控制为研究对象,分析海外仓进货的模式特征,在此基础上建立数学模型计算需求和提前期均为随机离散情况下的进货量、安全库存和订货点,研究成果可用以指导跨境电商海外仓库存的控制,从而达到降低跨境电子商务成本、促进跨境电子商务发展的目的。In this paper, we studied the cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse inventory control and analyzed the purchase features of the overseas warehouse. On this basis, we established a mathematical model to calculate the order quantity, safety stock and the order point. The re- search findings would be used to guide the overseas warehouse storage control in order to reduce the cost of cross-border e-commerce and promote its development.
