摘  要:[目的]筛选出硝·莠·乙草胺悬乳剂中的分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂和工艺路线。[方法]分别制备出合格的硝·莠悬浮剂和乙草胺水乳剂,再将二者混合剪切。[结果]筛选出JY-10B作为分散剂,SC-FT作为增稠剂,JY-31和EL-40按质量比1∶1复配作为乳化剂。[结论]硝·莠悬浮剂中分散剂用量为3.5%,乙草胺水乳剂中乳化剂用量为8%,整个体系中增稠剂用量2%。采用将乳油加入到悬浮剂中剪切的工艺路线。[Aims] The dispersant, emulsifier, thickener and process route for mesotrione atrazine-acetochlor suspoemulsion were screened out. [Methods] Mesotrione-atrazine suspension agent and acetochlor emulsion in water were prepared respectively, then mixed together. [Rosults] The suitable dispersant, thickener and emulsifier were JY-10B, SC-FT, the mixture of JY-31 and El-40 with the mass ratio of 1:1. [Conclusions] The dosage of dispersant for mesotrione-atrazine suspension agent was 3.5%, the dosage of emulsifier for acetochlor emulsion in water was 8%, and the dosage of thickener for the system was 2%. The suspoemulsion was achieved by adding the missible oil into the suspension agent under mixing and shearing actions.
