摘　　要：[目的]混合溶剂重结晶法研制烯酰吗啉农药标准品纯度高,方法简便。[方法]采用重结晶方法对烯酰吗啉原药进行纯化,调整Z/E式比例,使得Z/E=1∶1。鉴别试验采用HPLC、IR进行,并进行均匀性检验和稳定性试验,多组检验数据确定量值。[结果]烯酰吗啉标样含量99.8%。[结论]重结晶得到的烯酰吗啉标准品符合标准品要求。[Aims] The certified reference material of dimethomorph prepared by mixed solvent recrystallization has the advantage of high content. The method is simple. [Methods] The dimethomorph TC was purified by recrystallization, adjustment of Z/E ratio to 1：1. The reference material of dimethomorph was identified by HPLC and IR. The homogeneity and stability were also tested, and the content of the reference material of dimethomorph was determined through multiple sets of tests. [Results] The content of the reference material ofdimethomorth was 99.8%. [Conclusions] The reference material of dimethomorph prepared by recrystallization conforms the requirements of standard sample.
