摘 要:[目的]构建一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱仪测定水果蔬菜样品中噻苯隆残留量的方法。[方法]以梨、苹果、猕猴桃、圣女果、葡萄为基质,样品经过乙腈萃取,弗罗里硅土柱净化,再用高效液相色谱仪检测。[结果]噻苯隆在0.005-1.0 mg/L之间呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数0.999 7。添加质量浓度在0.02、0.05、0.10 mg/L时,平均回收率在84.3%-104.7%之间,相对标准偏差为0.53%-4.01%。[结论]方法操作简单可靠,具有较高的准确度和灵敏度,可用于水果蔬菜中噻苯隆含量的测定。[Aims] The SPE-HPLC method was established to detect the thidiazuron residues in fruits and vegetables. [Methods] The thidiazuron residues in pear, apple, grape, kiwifruit and cherry tomato samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by Florisil column and detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). [Results] There was a good linearity when the concentrations ranged from 0.005 to 1.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 7. When the addition levels were 0.02, 0.05, 0.10 mg/L, the recoveries of thidiazuron ranged from 84.3 to 104.7%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.53-4.01%. [Conclusions] The method is simple and easy, with good accuracy and sensitivity, which can be used for the detection of thidiazuron residues in fruits and vegetables.
