摘  要:[目的]建立吡虫啉和噻虫嗪在西瓜上瓜蚜防治中的残留检测方法,并验证它们在西瓜果实的最终残留量、分析膳食风险性。[方法]采用乙腈、甲醇超声提取,二氯甲烷萃取,高效液相色谱测定的方法检测2种农药在西瓜中的最终残留量,利用风险商法对其进行膳食风险评估。[结果]该方法在西瓜中的吡虫啉平均添加回收率为88.23%-91.28%,变异系数为2.65%-9.01%,最低检测质量分数为0.03 mg/kg;噻虫嗪的添加回收率为93.56%-95.27%,变异系数为3.72%-6.54%,最低检测质量分数为0.02 mg/kg。吡虫啉和噻虫嗪在西瓜果实中最终残留的风险商值小于1。[结论]建立的残留检测方法准确度高,可行性好。在合理用药的前提下,这2种农药对人类的膳食风险小。[Aims] A method was established to determine the residues of imidacloprid and thiamethoxam. The dietary risk was also studied when the pesticides were used to controll Aphis gossypii Glover. [Methods] The pretreatment of samples was conducted by ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile, methanol and by liquid phase extraction with dichloromethane. The imidacloprid and thiamethoxam residues were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The dietary risk assessment was also conducted by risk quotient(RQ) method. [Results] The average recovery of imidacloprid was 88.23-91.28%, the standard deviation was 2.65-9.01%, and the limit of detection was 0.03 mg/kg. The average recovery of thiamethoxam was 93.56-95.27%, the standard deviation was 3.72-6.54%, and the limit of detection was 0.02 mg/kg. The RQ values for final residues of imidacloprid and thiamethoxam in watermelon were less than 1. [Conclusions] The method was practicable and accurate. The result shows that the proper application of two insecticides on watermelon is relatively safe to human.
