摘 要:[目的]研究长残效除草剂咪唑乙烟酸在土壤中的残留对后茬作物生理指标的影响。[方法]通过大田试验,以后茬作物油菜为研究对象,测定不同土壤残留浓度下油菜的株高,叶绿素、丙二醛含量,抗氧化酶活性的变化。[结果]与对照相比,咪唑乙烟酸田间残留抑制了油菜的株高、降低了叶绿素含量、增加了丙二醛含量;使抗氧化酶活性发生变化,其中SOD、CAT活性降低,POD活性升高;油菜播种52 d后,咪唑乙烟酸施药量≥400 ga.i./hm2时,油菜植株全部死亡。[结论]咪唑乙烟酸土壤残留会对后茬作物油菜生长产生严重的影响,生产中应注意严格控制咪唑乙烟酸使用剂量和安全间隔期。[Aims] The effects of long residual herbicide of imazethapyr in soil on the physiological indices of succeeding crop of rapeseed were studied. [Methods] The field experiment was conducted to determine the plant height, chlorophyll and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents, antioxidant enzyme activity of rapeseed under different imazethapyr residual concentrations. [Results] Compared with the control, the imazethapyr residue in the field inhibited the plant height, reduced the content of chlorophyll, increased the content of MDA, and changed the activities of antioxidant enzymes, the activities of SOD and CAT decreased and the activity of POD increased. While the dosage ofimazethapyr was more than 400 g a.i./ha, the rapeseed plants all died 52 days after sowed. [Conclusions] Imazethapyr residue in soil has significant negative effects on succeeding crop of rapeseed. Therefore, the dosage of imazethapyr and interval period should be controlled.
