人工养殖棕黑锦蛇体表寄生螨的治疗初探

摘　　要：为探索养殖条件下棕黑锦蛇体表寄生虫——螨的有效治疗途径,选用了高锰酸钾、中药液和印楝素乳液对螨虫进行浸浴处理。结果表明:可将螨虫的死亡进程划分为假死、准死和死亡3个阶段;单个螨虫死亡时间顺序是印楝素<高锰酸钾溶液<中药液<自来水;对大量螨虫群体进行浸浴发现,螨虫有聚团漂浮水面的现象,且幼虫处于虫团的表面,印楝素杀虫时间明显快于中药液,而且大群体存活时间长于小群体、幼虫存活时间长于成虫。在浸浴后的蛇体表涂抹凡士林会更好的灭螨,处理3次后即可基本治愈。试验表明,中药煎剂对蛇类螨虫的治疗具有很好的效果,能较安全的驱除蛇体表寄生虫;印楝素对棕黑锦蛇体表寄生螨也有很好的杀灭作用,为人工养殖的蛇类防治螨虫寄生拓宽了用药范围。To explore the effective treatment way of Elaphe schrenckii parasite--mite in Captivity, The mites were dipped in Potassium Permanganate solution, Chinese Medicine Liquid and Azadirach- tin Emulsio.The death process of mite could be divided into 3 stages： feign death, quasi dead and death.The death time of a single mite from short to long in turn was Azadirachtin Emulsio〈Potassium Permanganate〈Chinese Medicine Liquid.The phenomenon of gathering together, loating of a large number of mite and the larva on the surface could be found when the mite were treated with several drugs.Insecticidal time with Azadirachtin Emulsio was significantly faster than that with the Chinese Medicine Liquid.Survival time of large group was longer than that of the small group, and survival time of larvae was longer than that of the adult.It would eliminate mites better to smear Vaseline on the snake＇s body surface after taking a dipping bath.The snakes with mites could be cured after three treatments.It was very effective for Chinese Medicine Liquid to treat snake mites, which was more safe to dispel snakes parasite.The effect of eliminating mites with Azadirachtin Emulsio was remarka- ble to broaden the medication scope for the treatment of Elaphe schrenckii parasite--mite in Captivity.
