摘　　要：为查明3只圈养穿山甲(Manis spp)MP2、MP7和MJ9的死亡原因,对其尸体进行了解剖,结果发现:MP2胃幽门处瘤状物将胃通向十二指肠的开口堵死,导致其胃内食物无法排空引起潴留,动物长时间不能进食而亡;MP7因舌头上的黏液将圈舍内垫料刨木花带入咽部使呼吸道堵塞窒息而亡;MJ9死于肠道寄生虫和长时间饥饿引起的营养衰竭。同时对穿山甲圈养管理和疾病防治提出了具体建议。Gross anatomy was carried out tor investigate death causes of three captive pangolins. We found that the pangolin MP2 gastric outlet open into duodenum was obstructed by a tumor located at the pylorus, leding to gastric retention, so that the animal could not take anything for a long time to result in the pangolin death; Some wood shavings were stuck in the pangolin MP7 pharynx, these wood shavings were bedding inside the pangolin nest, which were accidentally taken into mouth of this animal by the pangolin sticky long tongue, the pangolin died from suffocation; Pangolin M J9 died of intestinal parasite and abiotrophy caused by prolonged starvation. This paper will provide guidance for the management, disease control and prevention of captive pangolins.
