摘　　要：鹿茸用于医疗保健的历史悠久,应用广泛。鹿茸化学成分复杂,药理广泛,本文就近年来对鹿茸的化学成分和药理作用的研究进行综述。鹿茸的化学成分主要有无机元素,蛋白质、多肽、氨基酸,脂质类,多胺类化合物,维生素,甾体类化合物,多糖类化合物,核酸、碱基成分等。对生殖系统、免疫系统、心血管系统、抗氧化和抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、神经系统、抗应激、肝脏、组织伤口愈合、骨质疏松症、减肥降脂等都有一定的作用。Velvet antler for heahhcare has a long history and wide application. Velvet has complex chemical composition and widely pharmacological activities. The chemical constituents and pharma- cological activities of antler were reviewed in this paper. The chemical ingredients of velvet antler in- clude inorganic elements, proteins, peptides, amino acids, lipids, polyamine compounds, vitamins, steroids, polysaccharides, nucleic acids, base components. Velvet antler has a certain effect on the reproductive system, immune system, cardiovascular system, antioxidant and anti-ag- ing,anti-fatigue,anti tumor, nervous system, anti-stress, liver, tissue wound healing, osteoporosis, lose weight and lipid-lowering.
