摘  要:为了准确测算平原河网提水灌区的毛灌溉用水量和灌溉水有效利用系数,需要对灌溉泵站常水位下的单位电量提水量进行率定。采用超声波流量计测定水泵流量,同时观测水泵在同一时段内的用电量,通过计算水泵实际功率获得泵站单位电量的提水量。结果表明,水泵实测流量均小于额定流量,超声波流量计与断面流速法观测到的水泵流量接近,可以用于水泵流量的率定。超声波流量计快捷方便,具有一定精度,是泵站单位电量提水量率定的一种可行方法。In order to accurately measure the irrigation water efficient utilization coefficient and gross irrigation water consumption in plain river network water pumping irrigation area, we need to calibrate the unit electricity water carrying capacity under normal water level of the irrigation pumping station. We used ultrasonic flow meter to measure the pump flow, while observing the electricity consumption of the pump station in the same period, obtaining pumping water capacity of per unit of electricity by calculating the actual pump power. The results show that pump flow measured is less than the rated flow, and pump flow observed by using ultrasonic flow meter is close to that of section velocity method, suggesting that ultrasonic flow meter can be used for the calibration of pump flow. Ultrasonic flow meter is quick and convenient with a certain degree of accuracy. It is a feasible method to calibrate pumping unit power flow rate.
