摘 要:目的制备具有高比表面积的介孔生物活性玻璃的软膏剂。方法采用有机模板法制备介孔生物活性玻璃,以模拟生理体液(simulated body fluid,SBF)验证其矿化性能,以扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、红外光谱(frontier infrared spectroscopy,FT-IR)、比表面积孔径分析仪对矿化前后的生物活性玻璃进行表征。以十八醇-丙二醇(fatty alcohol-propylene glycol,FAPG)为基质制备软膏剂,对软膏的p H值、黏度以及对高温、高湿的稳定性进行测定。结果制得的介孔生物活性玻璃粒径为6μm,大小均一,表面具有孔径为6 nm的介孔孔道结构,比表面积为768.5 m2·g-1,在SBF溶液中表面可矿化形成碳酸羟基磷灰石层。制得的软膏剂p H值为5.21,黏度为9~69 Pa·s,在高温或高湿环境放置10 d后,软膏的p H值、外观及生物活性玻璃的结构均无明显变化。结论制备的介孔生物活性玻璃同市售的45S5相比比表面积显著提升,对于更快地促进皮肤与软组织的再生具有重要的意义,以其制成的软膏剂p H值适中,黏度适宜,对高温高湿具有较好的稳定性。Objective To prepare the ointment containing bioactive glass with high specific surface area.Methods M esoporous bioactive glass was prepared based on the soft-temple method. The mineralization ability of prepared bioactive glass was tested in the simulated body fluid solution. Scanning electron microscope,frontier infrared spectroscopy and nitrogen adsorption were utilized to characterize the prepared bioactive glass and its mineralization product. Fatty alcohol-propylene glycol( FAPG) was used as the base to prepare the ointment. The p H value,viscosity of the ointment against high temperature and high humidity were evaluated. Results The prepared bioactive glass had a well-distributed size of about 6 μm and mesoporous channels with the pore size of 6 nm on its surface. Its specific surface area was 768. 5 m2·g- 1. Its surface could be mineralized and form the hydroxy carbonate apatite layer. The p H value of the ointment was 5. 21 and its viscosity was 9- 69 Pa·s. The p H value,the appearance of the ointment,and the structure of the bioactive glass did not change obviously after the ointment was placed in the environment of high temperature or high humidity. Conclusions Compared with the commercially available 45S5,the specific surface area of the prepared mesoporous bioactive glass increases significantly,which is of great importance for enhancing the regeneration of skin and soft tissue. The prepared ointment has a moderate p H value,a suitable viscosity and good stability against high temperature and high humidity.
