摘  要:为了提高多剑杆织机的织造效率,减少织造过程中纱线间、纱线与筘齿间的摩擦,进而改善立体织物的整体性能,根据钢筘的结构特点,通过建立钢筘三维有限元分析模型,提出对异形横截面立体织物打纬时钢筘的应力分析方法,并应用ANSYS Workbench软件求出织制不同横截面立体织物时钢筘的应力及其固有特性,并对结果进行了分析,为多剑杆织机钢筘的设计和选型提供了参考。In order to tion in-between and improve the weaving efficiency of the multi-rapier loom,reduce yarn fric- friction between yarn and the reed dents in the weaving process, for better overall performance of the stereoscopic fabrics,a method is introduced for stress analysis of the beating reeds on the profiled section of stereoscopic fabrics according to the structural charac- teristics of the reeds and the model of finite element analysis of stereoscopic steel reeds. Through the application of ANSYS Workbench saftware,the reed stress is worked out for the stereoscopic fabric with different cross section and its inherent characteristics is made certain, thus for information of further designing and selecting reeds on the multi-rapier loom.
