摘  要:针对传统倍捻机能耗高、噪声大,锭速无法大幅提升,存在锭速差异大、加捻不匀率高和能耗高等问题,介绍了NOVO型电锭式短纤倍捻机的设计思路、主要结构和性能特点,并与传统倍捻机进行对比;指出:NOVO倍捻机具有人工智能控制系统、多品种适应性及新型电子伺服传动机构等优势,可节能降耗、提升效益,并保证纱线品质。As to the problems with the conventional double twister frame such as high consump- tion,high noise, limit of spindle speed increase, big gap of spindle speed difference and high twist unevenness,introduction is made to staple double twister frame with NOVO electric spin- dle regarding design, main structure and the performance advantages. Comparative analysis with the conventional product finds that the NOVO double twister frame is of robot control system, multi variety adaptability and new eleetronic servo-driving mechanism, consequently saving energy and reducing consumption with high efficiency and yarn quality insurance.
