摘　　要：为了探讨梳棉机附加分梳元件对梳棉质量的影响,分析了其种类和使用过程中对针齿密度、固定盖板根数和棉网清洁器的配置,通过试验对比了加装刺辊下分梳板、后固定盖板和前固定盖板在生条和成纱质量方面的影响。指出,正确使用附加分梳元件可以改进生条和成纱质量,减少生条和成纱棉结,并降低生条和成纱条干CV值;实际生产中,不能过分夸大附加分梳元件的作用,更不能用增加附加分梳元件的方法代替部分主梳理元件,或者延缓更换已衰退的针布。In order to probe into the influence of additional carding elements on carding quality, analysis is done to the configuration of the needle density, stationary flats and cotton web clean- er regarding the population and the numbers in relation to the types and use of the additional carding elements. Trial analysis is done to the impact of the carding plate under the taker-in roller,rear stationary flat and the front stationary flat on the yarn quality. Conclusion is made that the proper use of additional carding elements can improve the sliver and yarn quality, re- duce sliver and yarn neps,and reduce sliver and yarn evenness CV value. In the actual produc- tion,it is not advisable to overvalue the role of the additional carding elements, let alone the substitution of the additional carding element for the main or the delay replacing the worn-out clothing.
