摘　　要：为了提高成纱质量、降低纺纱成本、减少胶辊消耗,阐述了NFR865型免处理胶辊的制作要点、适纺性能及日常使用与保养;通过使用该胶辊纺CJ 9.7tex纱、CJ 5.07tex纱、CJ 5.83tex纱以及包芯纱,分别与3种国产胶辊进行试纺数据对比。指出:NFR865型胶辊成纱一致性好、适纺性强、耐磨性好,能有效降低生产成本。In order to improve yarn quality and tion,describtion is done to the non-treatment reduce the cost of yarn with less cot consump- cot NFR865 regarding the fabrication cautions, spinning performance and daily service and maintenance. Comparison spinning of yarn of CJ 9.7 tex, CJ 5.07 tex,CJ 5.83 tex and core spun yarn with the non-treatment cot NFR865 and the three domestic cots finds that the non-treatment cot NFR865 is of good yarn quality conformity, good spinning performance, good wear resistance, thus effectively reducing the production cost.
