摘　　要：为了提高钢领座的材料利用率,解决其制造工艺复杂等问题,分析细纱机钢领座的结构功能和制造工艺,通过对钢领座进行再设计,采用工程塑料制造钢领座,能简化制造工艺,提高材料利用率,同时,在不影响成纱质量的前提下降低生产成本,提高生产效率。In order to make full use of the material of the ring holder and to simplify the complex manufacturing process, analysis is done to the structure performance and the manufacturing process. The manufacturing process of the ring holder can be simplified through the design re- vision and the use of the engineering plastics consequently improving the utilization of the ma- terial of the ring holder. And more, the production cost is reduced and the production efficiency enhanced with yarn quality maintains unchanged.
