摘 要:采用超声波细胞破碎机和激光粒度仪等仪器设备进行了煤油乳化试验,探究不同乳化条件与乳化煤油粒度的关系。研究发现,当超声细胞粉碎机输出功率为60%,超声时间为2 min时,乳化煤油的粒度随着乳化剂添加量的增加而减小。隐晶质石墨浮选试验结果表明:乳化煤油粒度越小,越有利于乳化液在细粒石墨表面附着,浮选效果越好。Ultrasonic processor and laser particle size analyzers were used to perform the kerosene emulsion tests, to explore the relationship between different emulsifying conditions and granularity of the emulsiifed kerosene. It was found that the granularity of emulsiifed kerosene was decreased with the increase of the added dosage of emulsiifer X-100 with the output power of ultrasonic processor was 60% and the emulsifying time was 2 min. The lfotation results of amorphous graphite indicated that the smaller the particle size of the emulsiifed kerosene, the easier to adhere on the surface of the ifne graphite, and the lfotation effect was better.
