摘  要:介绍了二齿差摆线活齿传动的结构和传动原理,对二齿差摆线活齿传动进行齿形设计。利用仿真软件对中心轮进行了齿形分析。计算了中心轮曲率半径,并分析确定了中心轮最小曲率半径出现的位置,分析了避免齿形干涉的条件。分析了结构参数对中心轮理论齿廓最小曲率半径的影响。结合单自由度振动模型,对活齿进行了动态响应分析。The structure and transmission mission are introduced, and the tooth profile is principle of the two tooth difference cycloid movable tooth transdesigned. The tooth outline of center gear is analyzed with simulation software, and the radius of curvature of the center gear is calculated. The position of the minimum radius of curvature of the center gear is ascertained, and the conditions to avoid the tooth profile interference are giv- en. The influences of the structural parameters on minimum radius of curvature of center gear theoretical tooth profile are analyzed. Combined with a single degree of freedom vibration model, the dynamic response of movable tooth transmission is analyzed.
