摘 要:按微量元素初级形态分析的方法研究了蒙药三味檀香散中Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu、Ni和Se等的含量,结果显示三味檀香散中的这6种微量元素Fe、Zn、Mn、Ni、Cu在原药中的含量分别为205.3μg/g、18.7μg/g、12.4μg/g、7.9μg/g、4.1μg/g,且Se未检出。6种元素的总提取率最高为74.19%。最低为40.63%。总浸留比最低为0.65,最高为2.85。对水煎液和模拟人工胃液中的含量作对比研究,人工胃液萃取得到的微量元素均比水煎法得到的微量元素的含量低。微量元素采用ICP-AES法测定,对原药A水煎液进行了加标回收实验,各元素的加标回收率在97.89%~103.53%之间;RSD在0.21%~3.67%之间。本实验数据为蒙药三味檀香散中微量元素含量与药效关系提供科学依据。The article committed the analysis of primary form on six elements (Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni and Se) in the Mongolian medicine Sanwei sandalwood powder. The results showed the contents of Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu and Ni in original drug were 205.3 μg/g, 18.7 μg/g, 12.4 μg/g,7.9 μg/g and 4.1 μg/g respectively but Se was not detected. The total extraction rate of 6 elements was from 40.63% to 74.19% and the total leaching residue ratio was from 0.65% to 2.85%. Compared the method of artificial gas- tric juice extractions with water law, the contents of the six trace elements were lower than those got from the latter one. In addi- tion, the article completed the recovery experiment which was measured by ICP - AES on the water law liquid of original drug A. As the result,the average recoveries of each element were between 97.89% - 103.53% and RSD values were from 0.21% to 3.67%. The experimental data provides a scientific basis for the relationship between content and effect of the trace elements in the Mongolian medicine Sanwei sandalwood powder.
