摘 要:目的:建立小儿咽扁颗粒中野鸢尾黄素、白射干素含量的测定方法。方法:L9(34)正交设计优选供试液制备方法,采用XB—C19色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(B)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(A)梯度洗脱,检测波长为265nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃。结果:野鸢尾黄素、白射干素分别在2.560×10^-2~0.6400μg(r=0.9995)和5.240×10^-3~0.130μg(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好。精密度、重现性、稳定性的RSD均小于2%,野鸢尾黄黄素及白射干素的平均加样回收率分别为95.93%和96.19%。结论:所采用方法可靠、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。Objective : A method for determination of irigenin and dichotomitin in Xiaoer Yanbian Granule was set up. Methods : L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal design was used to optimize the selected liquid preparation methods. The separation was performed on XB - C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm)column with the mobile phase consisting of phosphoric acid(A) -acetonitrile (B) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min ^-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results : The method had effective separation of the irigenin and dichotomitin. The linear ranges of irigenin and diehotomitin were 2. 560 × 10^ -2 ~ 0.6400 μg( r = 0. 9995 ) and 5. 240 × 10^-3 -0. 1310 μg( r = 1. 0000), respectively. The RSD of precision, reproducibility and stability was 〈 2%. The average recoveries of two constituents were 95.93% and 96.19%. Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable with good reproducibility and can be to used tot determine and control the quality of Xiaoer Yanbian Granule.
