“四冲穴”阴中隐阳法对缺血性卒中后失语的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨"四冲穴"阴中隐阳法治疗脑卒中后失语的疗效。方法:脑卒中后失语患者随机分为对照组40例及治疗组40例。对照组给予针灸常规治疗,治疗组采用"四冲穴"阴中隐阳法,共4周。结果:治疗前后两组的WAB、AQ评分均有所提高,但治疗组的WAB评分与对照组相比明显增高,尤其在口语表达、听理解、复述这些方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"四冲穴"阴中隐阳法治疗缺血性卒中后失语有较好效果。Objective： To investigate the curative effect of four Chong point Yin - Yang method in the treatment of post stroke aphasia. Methods ：The patients with aphasia caused by cerebral stroke were randomly divided into 40 cases of the control group and the treatment group 40 cases. The control group was given acupuncture and treatment group with four red point Yang hidden in Yin method, a total of 4 weeks. Results ： The two groups before and after treatment, AQ score of WAB increased, but the score of WAB in the treatment group increased significantly than that of the control group, especially in spoken English,llstening compre- hension ,expression of these aspects of rehearsal. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Four Chong point Yang hidden in Yin method in treatment of aphasia after ischemic stroke had good effect.
