摘　　要：功能性消化不良是一种常见的功能性胃肠疾病,研究发现其与"肝郁"密切相关。作者通过查阅大量文献,归纳古代医书中的记载,表明针刺对本病具有双向调节的作用,尤其在临床治疗中效果突出。文章依据"肝郁证"特点针对该病进行中医辨证分型,总结针刺治疗的规律,有助于提升针灸临床水平;从现代医学研究角度,阐明肝郁型FD与代谢组学密切相关。Functional dyspepsia （FD） is a common functional gastrointestinal disease and closely related with stagnation. Through the consult massive literature,the author summarized the ancient books records, showing that acupuncture has two -way regulating effect,especially in the clinic. On the basis of liver Qi stagnation syndrome, it summarized the acupuncture treatment laws, helping to improve the level of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion and clarified the liver stagnation type of FD is close re- lated with metabolism from the perspective of modern medical research.
