捏脊不同施术部位对正常家兔胃运动影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察捏脊法于不同施术部位(督脉、膀胱经)对正常家兔胃运动的影响。方法:家兔行自制胃运动应力传感器植入术后,记录家兔胃运动情况,观察量化的捏脊于不同经脉施术对家兔正常胃运动的影响。结果:膀胱经捏脊对家兔胃运动波幅有促进作用(P<0.05),督脉捏脊对家兔胃运动波幅可能有促进趋势(P>0.05),捏脊对家兔胃运动频率无明显影响。结论:量化捏脊操作于不同施术经脉对正常家兔胃运动均有影响,膀胱经施术对家兔胃运动波幅促进效应较督脉施术更明显。这可能是捏脊治了消化系统疾病的机理之一。Objective：To observe the influence of different parts （ Du and Bladder meridians） of chiropractic therapy on stom- ach movement of normal rabbits. Methods ： Record the rabbit stomach movement by gastric stress sensor and the movement change of stomach. Results ： Chiropractic therapy on bladder meridian can stimulate the amplitude of gastric motion （ P 〈 0.05 ） and on Du meridian may promote the amplitude of motion trend （ P 〉 0.05 ） and the chiropractic therapy had no obvious effect on the fre- quency of rabbit stomach motion. Concision ：The chiropractic therapy on different meridians had effect on stomach motion of rab- bits and the influence of amplitude of bladder meridian is more obvious than that of Du meridian. This may be one impact of the mechanisms of chiropractic therapy treating the digestive system.
