摘　　要：近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高及其饮食种类的复杂多样,胃肠疾病患病率明显增高。临床实践证明,针刺对胃肠动力紊乱性疾病具有良好的治疗作用,但机制尚不明确。目前研究证实TRPV1在胃肠道疾病中具有重要的生理病理学意义,文章对近年来针刺调节胃肠疾病机制的相关文章进行梳理,结合TRPV1最新研究,提出TRPV1可能是针刺调节胃肠疾病的重要机制之一。Over the last years, stomach - intestine disease incidence is obviously raising up, along with the elevation of living standard and complicated diversify of drink and food. By clinical practice, acupuncture has favorable therapeutic effect on stomach -intestine disease,but the mechanism is still indefinite. Now, researches confirm TRPV1 has substantial physiopathological sig- nificance on stomach - intestine disease. This text combs correlated articles about mechanism of acupuncture adjusting stomach - intestine disease to combine the newest study of TRPV1 together so as to propose TRPV1 maybe one of the significant mechanism in acupuncture adjusting stomach -intestine disease.
