摘　　要：通过对国内外近年国内外捏脊疗法的实验技法进行系统回顾,从其实验技法的操作部位,操作时间,操作方向及操作遍数等方面归纳整理,总结捏脊疗法的疗效与机体内分泌激素变化、影响调控多条基因表达、改善神经体液免疫的调节之间的机理,系统总结捏脊疗法的实验技法,为捏脊疗法的实验技法研究提供应用指导。Through the system review on experimental techniques of chiropractic therapy abroad and at home in recent years, from the operational position of the experimental techniques, operation time, operation direction and operation times and so on, it summarized the efficacy and endocrine hormone, multiple gene expression regulation mechanism, regulation of neurohumoral im- munity and the experimental techniques of chiropractic therapy, providing the guidance for experimental study of chiropractic ther-apy.
