摘　　要：确定金融的优先地位和优先方向,从顶层设计入手,发展先导性金融体系;加快推进京津冀区域金融资源整合与创新刻不容缓,区域金融发展应当分工明确,金融创新链与产业链、项目链应实现高效连接;以互联网为依托建立京津冀一体化金融平台,是实现京津冀金融一体化的重要途径;借力天津自贸区,共建京津离岸金融市场,推进京津金融一体化,不仅有益于京津冀协同发展,而且有益于扭转中国金融业南北发展不平衡的格局;发挥金融一体化先导作用,促进京津冀协同发展。To determine the priority and priority of the financial, from the top-level design, develops a pilot financial system;To accelerate the integration and innovation of the regional financial resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region admits no delay, the regional financial development should be clear division of financial innovation and industry chain, project chain should achieve efficient connection; Relying on the Internet to establish a financial platform for the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important way to achieve financial integration of the region; Leveraging the Tianjin Free Trade Zone, Beijing and Tianjin to build offshore financial markets, and promote financial integration of Beijing and Tianjin, is not only beneficial to collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region , but also beneficial to reverse the pattern of China＇s financial industry development imbalance between the north and the South; Play a leading role in the integration of financial integration, and promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
