女性多发性下疳样脓皮病

摘　　要：报告1例女性多发性下疳样脓皮病。患者女,43岁。外阴多发性溃疡伴疼痛5 d。皮肤科检查:外阴多个黄豆大浅表溃疡,质地中等,表面覆淡黄色脓性分泌物,触痛明显。实验室及辅助检查:甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)梅毒血清学及HIV阴性,分泌物单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)抗原检测阴性,细菌培养示金黄色葡萄球菌。诊断:下疳样脓皮病。经抗生素治疗10d后痊愈,随访3个月无复发。A case of multiple chancriform pyodenna in female is reported. A 43-year-old female presented with multiple painful vulval ulcers for 5 days. Physical examination revealed multiple superficial ulcers distributed over the vulva. The ul- cers were soybean sized, medium texture and covered with yellowish purulent discharge. Laboratory and auxiliary examination showed TRUST, TPPA, HIV antibody and HSV antigen were all negative. The bacterial culture showed Staphylococcus aureus. The diagnosis of chancriform pyoderma was made. After 10 days treatment of antibiotics, the patient was cured, and there was no recurrence after 3-month fellow-up.
