脂肪抽吸术联合小切口切除腺体在副乳腺手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用脂肪抽吸术联合小切口切除腺体治疗副乳腺的临床效果。方法:应用脂肪抽吸技术对49例患者副乳腺区域脂肪组织进行抽吸使其平坦,小切口去除残留腺体组织,切除影响外观的松弛皮肤,术后加压包扎。结果:术后切口愈合良好,位置隐蔽,松弛隆起外观消失,曲线流畅,无血肿、感染等并发症发生。结论:脂肪抽吸术联合小切口切除腺体不仅可以最小创伤去除了局部的脂肪组织,而且最小切口切除残留腺体,解决了局部皮肤松弛外观,使患者拥有正常美感的生理曲线。Objective To explore the clinical effect of liposuction technique in combination with small incision for treatment of accessory breast. Methods Application of liposuction technology vice breast area of 49 patients suction fat tissue to the flat,small incisions to remove the residual gland tissue,affect the appearance of sagging skin,postoperative compression bandage. Results Postoperative incision healed well,it was hidden position,the flabby and uplift appearance was disappeared,smooth curve,no complications such as hematoma,infection occurred. Conclusions Liposuction technique in combination with small incision to remove accessory breast can remove local adipose tissue and residual gland,solve the partial skin flabby appearance,make the patients with normal physiology curve of aesthetic feeling.
